Online Individual Consultation

Individual consultations are rebateable through most private health funds. The rebate will depend on your level of cover, please call your health fund to see what rebate you will be entitled to.​

  • Dietetic Assessment

    • Initial Consultation (1 hour) $150.00

    • Review Consultation (30min): $90.00

    • Extended Review Consultation (45min): $100.00
       

  • Sports Dietetic Assessement

    • Initial Consultation (1 hour) $170​.00

    • Review Consultation (30min): $110.00

    • Extended Review Consultation (45min): $125.00

Individual Consultation

Medicare Rebate

Under the Government’s Chronic Disease Management (CDM)/Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program as part of Medicare, you can have up to 5 visits to a Dietitian per calendar year. First, ask your GP if you qualify. If you do, book a CDM/EPC appointment with me and have your doctor email the referral to contact@isabellehum.com.

CDM/EPC – Initial & Review Consultations : 30 min – out-of-pocket fee

Sports Team Consultancy

  • Full Day: $350.00

  • Hourly Fee: Negotiable

Nutrition Presentation

Nutrition presentations include but are not limited to sports teams/clubs, gyms and workplaces. Summary digital customised resources can be developed to accompany the presentation.

  • One presentation (1 hour): $250.00 

  • Three presentations (30 mins each)*: $300.00

Group Presentations

Nutrition Resources

I can create digital customised resources including, but not limited to:
 

  • List of healthy supermarket products

  • Nutritious snack list

  • Timeline for meals on training days

  • Travel nutrition strategies

The above rates are based on qualifications, industry experience and ongoing maintenance costs (i.e. professional memberships, insurances, etc.) to continue practising as a dietitian in Australia.
